These Terms of Use regulate the use of the platform Ninja Elements, offered by NINJA ROOM TRAINING LTDA, CNPJ 36.904.626/0001-70, through the website https://ninjaelements.com/.

By accessing or using our services, the user declares to be aware of and agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

The platform offers:

• Editable Elementor templates available for download
• Blocks ready to copy and paste
• Subscription system or individual purchase of templates

2. Registration and access

The user must provide truthful information at the time of registration. It is the user's responsibility to keep their credentials confidential.

3. License to use

The templates purchased are from personal use or for use on client websites.

It is not allowed:

• Resell the templates
• Redistribute for free
• Share download links outside the platform

4. Intellectual property

All content on the platform, including texts, images, videos and files, is protected by copyright. Improper use may result in legal sanctions.

5. Refund Policy

• Individual templates: after downloading the file, there is no refund (the customer has immediate access to the digital content).
• Signatures: the customer can cancel at any time, but amounts paid are non-refundable.
• In cases of technical error or file problems, support is available to resolve or resend the content.

6. Cancellation and deletion

The company reserves the right to cancel accounts that violate the terms, without prior notice, especially in cases of piracy or misuse of templates.

7. Support

Support is offered via WhatsApp and/or email for questions about installing and using the templates. We do not offer support for advanced customizations.

8. Changes to terms

These terms may be updated at any time. The updated version will always be available on the platform.
